I am a multi-optioned, award-winning screenwriter and published author of the Young Adult novel, Amidst the Secluded People.
Work
experience
I've worked as a News Director/Anchor for television stations in Pennsylvania and Florida. I have also been a Capitol Hill Correspondent in Washington, D.C. for Sun World Satellite News, Capitol Broadcast News, and Evening News Broadcasting. These positions involved covering the local angle of Capitol Hill news for affiliate networks across the United States. In addition, on weekends I worked for Biznet in Washington, D.C. which produced the program, Nation’s Business Today, that aired nationally on the ESPN Channel and internationally on the U.S.I.A. Network.
Education
I have a Master's Degree in Education with Graduate Studies in Journalism. In addition, I attended the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland and received a certificate in TV News Reporting
with Special Honors on the President's List.
I have also been actively involved in producing student-centered films in conjunction with an Arts Integration Program. I am currently focused on writing and producing faith and family films.
